Has anyone else in RSM been having regular Internet connection problems after being on-line for a while? I work via remote and access my work desktop via a Citrix application. Multiple times today and yesterday, I am getting disconnected from my work b/c the internet service was disconnected. Connecting directly to the modem via an ethernet connection didn't work either. (Yes, I had turned on and off the modem.) I went through the automated program and that fixed it until it happened again. When I called customer support today, the system recognized that I had called yesterday and put me in the queue to speak w/ a live body. But I couldn't wait and so tried to re-set myself by unplugging the modem and unscrewing the co-ax and then reconnecting both. That worked for a while and then the same thing.
Could you try going to http://192.168.100.1 and posting your signal levels?
