Gigablast is about Half Speed

Have had Gigablast (supposedly 1Gbps download speeds) for over a week now.  At best, I have been able to see up to 480 Mbps speeds, at any time, day or night.

The same results happen even when directly connected to the cable modem - which is a new Netgear CM1100.  Have used several different PC's and laptops.

This is a warning !!  The marketing mouths have gotten way out in front of the tech folks.  Gigablast is BS.  Yes folks, a real ripoff.

    Hello, in regards to your modem levels, I am not seeing anything out of the ordinary at the moment. Here is an article which provides some information on ways to achieve Gigablast Speeds. One link also provides information on WiFi speed capabilities for many devices on the market. I also recommend unplugging the modem and plugging it back in after thirty seconds.     Have you plugged your computer directly into your modem via cat 5e-7 ?
