Unstable Connection Causing Modem to constantly Restart

I lose internet connectivity several times a day. First I will notice I am unable to access the internet and then shortly after my modem restarts (ARRIS DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem). I checked the modem logs and see the following every time this happens (which is a lot)

Any ideas?

  • Hi jgator, some of your levels appear to be outside of our preferred specifications, which could cause intermittent connectivity. Additionally, those T3 time-out errors could be caused by bad connectors, splitters, etc. Can you please make sure there are no loose or damaged connections?
