Internet out for FIVE days

My internet has been out for FIVE whole days due to an “outage.” How does an outage take five days to fix ? This is ridiculous Cox and if I would’ve known y’all were this incompetent with fixing a problem I would have never set up service. Multiple agents have given me the wrong information on when this will be fixed and it’s honestly upsetting that y’all can’t get it fixed within a timely manner. Any answers as to why an outage would last for FIVE whole days ?!
