Network intermittent

I get intermittent network hanging, no connection, in Santa Barbara. I’ve reset my modem but it doesn’t solve the problem. The connection will be lost for perhaps 5-10 minutes, then come back on. What’s going on, Cox?

  • Hello Windflyer. Are all devices in the home experiencing these drops or just one? Also, when the connection is lost, are you able to see your wifi network? Lastly, are you getting any error messages? -Allan Cox Support Forums Moderator
