I am having trouble receiving emails on the new system. Never had problems prior.
Most emails are delivered with no problem, but any email lists that I subscribe to (mostly newspapers and non profit organizations) don't show up. I have tried to re-subscribe on their site and I don't receive them. I can however receive them on my gmail account, which I don't monitor as often.
I have also found that I'm not receiving advertisements from companies that I want to hear from. Amazon consistently gets through but none of the smaller ones do, even though I remain subscribed.
I have no blocked senders on my account, and my spam goes directly to my email, so that isn't the issue.
I've had the exact same problem for over 6 months, and Cox has been unable to fix it. I'm not receiving emails from newspapers or store advertisements. I still have a ticket open with them. I find it hard to believe it's just happening to the two of us.
Cox and Comcast email servers appear on several of the industries blacklists. Also, individual IP addresses (users) are being randomly blacklisted as well.
These are the issues at hand that need to be investigated and resolved.
