Thanks to a couple of Tech Reps who helped me today!

Just a word of thanks to Robert and Mike who helped me install a new modem today.  They both were very helpful and knowledgeable in getting my Internet connection back up and running this morning.  After a week of problems with my TV having pixelation problems and not working on all channels, the Internet guys came thru and saved  the   day for both Cox and me.  Kudos to Mike and Robert!
