    Judging from your included tags (poor internet connection, poor speed, disconnect), you're having problems with the connection from Cox to your modem.

    You can research your data plan on either your monthly statement or within your Cox account.  All plans have a proper name with the following download and upload speeds:

     - Essential:  30 Mbps / 30 Mbps
     - Preferred 100:  100 Mbps / 10 Mbps
     - Ultimate:  300 Mbps / 30 Mbps
     - Gigablast:  1 Gbps / 1 Gbps or 35 Mbps

    To verify if you're getting the promised speeds, you can wire a device to your modem and do a speed test,

    To help troubleshoot slow speeds, you can post the logs from your modem on this thread.
