2 factor authentication

Question

When is cox going to step into today and implement 2 factor authentication? I am tiring of people getting into other accounts that are linked to my cox email. I have now resorted to creating an entirely new email on cox because no matter how many times I change my password somebody gets in. Please implement this cox as it is quite irritating.

Bottom line is Cox apparently has no interest in implementing this...
