Email down?

Just wondering when cox email will be fixed has an issue most of the day so far-  you get a message of a network problem or cox having a problem with email

    This is a known issue that our engineers are looking into. We do not have an estimated time of resolution at this time.

      I am still having persistent and constant email problems when will this be fixed? Been going on for almost 2 weeks

        Hello, we apologize profusely for the issues regarding our email server. Our records indicate this has since been resolved. At this time, we recommend changing your Cox password on the website and also making sure it matches the password in your client settings, bit.ly/2KOrZnd. Please also ensure the server settings are correct; here is a list of the server settings, bit.ly/2KGsVKh. Lastly, versions TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, TLS 1.2, and TLS 1.3 are compatible with Cox Email. SSL v3 and prior are not supported, per the Internet Standards Board recommendations. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
