Connection lost

I was watching a you tube video when the connection just timed out. Tried to go on different websites even the forum and the pages wouldn't load. My wifi connection was strong. This has happened many times over the past year but I just updated my internet package last week so what's going on? There are just so many problems with Cox services lately & I feel it's not worth the aggravation & it's probably just time to switch providers.

    Hi Pam613,

    Your modem signal looks good on our end. We’re not showing any signs of your modem signal dropping. Do you have any devices hard-wired to your modem that are experiencing connectivity issue as well?

      Maria, I had a strong signal on my router, it was the speed of the internet. This has happened numerous times & it seems to happen between 4-6 pm.
