Panoramic router reboots at least once per day. Tried new router, Cox tech came and checked lines, any suggestions

The Panoramic router reboots at least once per day. Tried new router, Cox tech came and tested everything same old issue.   Any suggestions?

      Yes. Between 11AM and noon and in the afternoon.   Now on my third modem. The newest Blast modem I think they called it
