The Panoramic router reboots at least once per day. Tried new router, Cox tech came and tested everything same old issue. Any suggestions?
Was the technician a contractor or a "real" technician? Did he/she take a look at your tap on the pole?
yes they tested from pole to router.
Maria. Thanks the new modem only has one light. I assume you mean that one? Correct, modem was installed yesterday so no log except me updating admin password will give it a few days and update you Will be hard to tell if light is out. Buy the time youvrealizr it is down it is rebooting. Happens that fast
It has been 5 days with new modem ( the one with only 2 Ethernet ports) zero reboots and all applications have worked. VoIP,Webex,SKYPE , nest hello. Log files are clean on the modem
