Everything is plugged in properly end it says on my phone that there's internet but there's no connection and you can't use the internet it makes no sense would resetting my modem help Cox customer service is not help with this either
I believe the same thing is what's happening to me. My signal strength is strong but when I try to go on the internet the pages won't load & they time out. Happens numerous times a week.
Have you tried deleting the wireless profile and re-adding it to the Ipad? Have you tried with other wireless devices? If only the Ipad doesn't work. I would suggest contacting Apple support.
Already done all that. It's a real slow connection speed sometimes.
Sounds like interference from other networks around you. See here on how to scan with the Apple Airport utility. Then change your wifi channel to one that is being used the least.
