There is a wifi hotspot near my work that I've been using. Lately, it's been showing available but upon connection with my phone, the internet is not available. "No internet connection". I work in a metal building with zero cellular signal and the hotspot has been my only source of connectivity for at least a year. If it helps, the hotspot is near 1218 E. Highline Ln. in Mustang, OK. It shows available on the cox website and again, the hotspot shows available with adequate signal strength but no internet connectivity.

1. Tried renewing several times before and after doing the other items on the list.
2. Reset my Cox password with no change.
3. Have tried connecting from all around my building. The signal strength shows adequate.
4. A couple of coworkers also have had issues with this.
From my user perspective, if there aren't other settings that are wrong, it looks like the hotspot itself is not connected. It is broadcasting but not connected to the internet.
