I just added internet service to my account today. The internet works fine, but I cannot logon to My WiFi to configure a guest account and change settings. I get a message that says I don't have a compatible router. I have a CGM4141 router and it IS compatible. Tech support was clueless. Lovely! I suspect this has something to do with my account not being updated correctly. Can anybody help me with this?
FYI you can always log into the router via it's 192.168.0.1 web page. The login is usually user: admin password: password. Not only does it show more settings, but since it's local only, it's more secure.
