Cannot logon to My WiFi to change router settings.

I just added internet service to my account today.  The internet works fine, but I cannot logon to My WiFi to configure a guest account and change settings.  I get a message that says I don't have a compatible router.  I have a CGM4141 router and it IS compatible.  Tech support was clueless.  Lovely!  I suspect this has something to do with my account not being updated correctly.  Can anybody help me with this?
