Insane packet loss has been months of uninterrupted interruptions.

Lets be clear, the previous apartment i was residing in worked decently.

I moved addresses about 5-8 months ago. 

Upon coming into the new address, i have had 5-7% packet loss at times. Spiking to 30%+ during the evening hours.

At my new address we have 2 internet connections. I am paying for way more Mbps than i am receiving. (Getting a loss of about 1/3 the Mbps) - which would be fine if 1/3 of my uploaded packets were not lost due to this packet loss. 

I have had 6+ Techs and supervisors out on multiple occasions. Not worth paying the money service is abhorrent. 

Been given the run around for these past months.
