Outage in Henderson, NV

Second night in a row that internet goes out. Last night it started coming and going at about 2:00 AM, at 3:00 AM it went out and didn't come back till the morning. I just gave up and went to bed.

Now, tonight again with this BS, it's Friday night and someone decided it's a good time to fiddle with it. There was a recording when calling Tech Support that said users in this area "might experience outages", the recording is there again because there was a "mini" outage between 11:55 pm and 12:10 am starting on 02/07/19, but now I'm wondering if it's going to go out again.

I have work to do, yes in the middle of the night... The bill is up to almost $180 for garbage cable (don't even have premium channels) and internet, every year it goes up another $10 and this is the service you get. There is NO reason for it, all the wiring is underground here, there are no earthquakes and no hurricanes or tornadoes and yet in the last 2 years there have been "outages" 17 times!

Usually the outages are "due to regularly scheduled maintenance", but you know what, I'm 15 from the Las Vegas strip and I ABSOLUTELY sure the casinos are not getting hit by "outages", I can't picture the manager of Caesar's Palace or The Bellagio telling thousands of guests, "sorry the internet is out".

But apparently in Henderson it's acceptable, its not! Electric, water and gas would not cut you off just because it's at night or because they have to do maintenance, bu apparently for internet and cable service it's ok, Not it's not.
