Changing address on my profile

I moved to a new address and followed the online instructions with taking my equipment from the old address to the new.  My COX online account still lists the old address.  After messaging the LIVE CHAT for over 20 min, and then followed by a 30+ min phone call, no one could help or update my address on my profile online.  Help!!!
