after a recent service outage in my area, my cable modem will not bond to any channels. I've tried all the normal checks and power cycles. no avail. I've tried using the cox modem reset tool, and I get an error saying that i could not be completed and to call for support. I've called and all they say is they will send a tech out to check wiring. has anyone experienced similar issues. Arris SB6183 modem
