I just moved. My email account has not been updated.

I transferred Cox to my new home when I moved. However, I have not received any new emails?   What do I need to do?

  • Hi Kdex555, go to www.cox.com/.../home.cox, enter your username and password, and click Sign In. (Your username is everything before the @cox.net part of your email address.) Your account number and address are displayed at the top of the page. If your current address is displayed, it means that your active email addresses have been successfully transferred to your new account. Click on the envelope icon to access Cox Email. Does your Inbox load for you? If so, send yourself a test message to make sure you can send and receive successfully. If you receive an error after clicking the envelope icon, please post the full error (minus any personally identifiable information) so we can continue troubleshooting. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
