Outgoing emails with multiple addressees being rejected as spam

Beginning today, I've had several outgoing emails rejected by Cox's spam filter.  The trigger seems to be having more than one addressee - even just two recipients gets the message rejected.  The same message with a single addressee gets through.

  • Hi AlbertL. Are you using the cox website to send emails or a 3rd party email program like Outlook, phone, tablet, etc? To further troubleshoot, please email this information to cox.help@cox.com and include your complete address, email address affected and name on the account.
