HOW DO I MAKE A BACKUP COPY OF ALL OF MY EMAIL CONTACTS?
Hi Snoopy, log into Cox Webmail. Click on Contacts from the left-hand side of the top menu bar.
Click on the hamburger icon next to Contacts and choose Export from the drop-down menu. The export file format options are CSV or vCard. Choose your preferred file format and click the blue Export button. A dialogue window opens, asking "Do you want to save export.csv from myemail.cox.net?" Click on the Save drop-down menu to select "Save As" to choose where on your computer you want to save the file.
