Laggy Gaming

Gaming lately has been very stuttery/choppy. I play a lot of games over netplay, and it lags whether I'm playing through traversal or direct connection. Any help would be nice, reformatted my computer, am on ethernet, had cox service call recently, checked firewall settings, etc..

    Hi Laggy, have you run a test where you temporarily bypass your router and connect your gaming device directly to the modem with an ethernet cord? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
