Recently upgraded to gigablast and network has been dropping every night with the message in the event log on the modem:
Thu Nov 22 16:53:21 2018
I blanked out my mac in the above with the exception of the one with the 0's, that actually reads like that. If you need my mac let me know and i can pm/email it.

Did you want to advice from users or did you just want to work with Cox directly? When ever I see daily T4's, the first thing I check is for bad/old underground wiring from the street to the house.

I'm having the same issue. Been going on for a month and a half now.
