Android device will send emails but cannot receive, since early morning Wednesday, Nov 7th.  I need email delivery on Android to resume.

  • Hi Kkees, log into Cox Webmail (www.cox.com) using an internet browser. Is there any mail dated after the morning of the 7th? While in Webmail, click Compose and type your email address in the To field. In the Subject and body of the email, simply type "test". Then click Send. Wait a few seconds and refresh your Inbox. Does your test email show up in the Inbox? If you get a bounce-back message, please provide the error details. If the test email appears in your Inbox, open the mail client on your Android device and go to the server settings.
