Internet payment

I am not able to make an online payment. No message is displayed, system won't engage after selecting the date to pay. ???

  • Hi Zangari11, what date are you selecting as the date to pay? Are you using the Cox Connect App, or are you logged into your Cox account via a web browser? If using a browser, please go into your browser settings and ensure that third party cookies are enabled. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
