failure of Cox to show up.

We had a window of 8am to 8PM yesterday for an underground work order to install Cox at our new house.  No one ever showed up. Nor called.  We called and talked to someone in Idaho 3 or 4 times.  Same answer- they will call us when on your way.  NOTHING!!!! TO SAY THIS IS FRUSTRATING AND UNBELIEf of poor service.  We need this service for my husbands work at the new house, as well as telephone, internet.  I have the work order.  Now this morning someone said it wasn't a work order but a reservation!!  WE HAVE THE WORK ORDER. WHAT CAN WE DO!!!!!!?????
