Internet service interrupted

Every single day for the past week or so there has been services interpretations/issues. So is this on purpose to get me to update my internet package? Or is it normal for daily iintruptions without outages in my area? Paying when i can only use half of a noticeably slowing down internet service is deeply troubling and disappointing.

    Hi ToyaMorningstar, daily service interruptions unrelated to an outage are not normal. These types of interruptions can indicate a signal issue to your home or an issue with your modem or Gateway. Your modem is reporting very poor downstream signal levels. Are there any splitters on the coax connection to the modem? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
