Slow Internet

I am using an Arris DG2460 router and I am getting .94 Mbps download and have been getting those kinds of speeds for the past few months and I thought it was just because I'd use my computer during peak hours but I noticed that it happens constantly. I remember getting at least a constant 10 Mbps with 0% packet loss and now I am seeing very low speeds. I just replaced a coax splitter with a 2300MHz coax splitter from Amazon to see if my old splitter was causing connection issues and nothing changed really.

  • Hi Krucifiction, your downstream levels are very poor. Only 21 out of 24 downstream channels are bonded. I suggest a service call.
