If so, it is possible that the email you tried to forward contained embedded URLs, inappropriate language, keywords typically classified as spam, or a file attachment. If you are using an email client like Outlook or Mac Mail, log into your cox.com Webmail account and try to forward the email using Webmail. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
