System Administrator flagged email I sent as spam - IT WAS NOT! How do I get my email out?

I forwarded an email message from a Pastor to my wife and grandson and the Cox System Administrator stopped them from going through with label of spam. THEY WERE NOT SPAM! What is my recourse?

If so, it is possible that the email you tried to forward contained embedded URLs, inappropriate language, keywords typically classified as spam, or a file attachment.
