1-5 MBps average download speed?

I've been troubleshooting with the the support team with no luck. I have the 300 MBps package but I've been averaging 1-5 MBps download speeds. We've tried power cycling, setting certain wifi channels and other settings within the router with no luck. It doesn't matter if it's the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, or plugged directly into the router with an ethernet cable. The download speeds never exceed 8 MBps. Can anyone please help?

    Hi Kaia, your modem is showing a high number of uncorrectable errors. I'm glad you now have a service call scheduled. Please let us know if your speeds improve after the service call this week! -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
