Wonder if there will be a lawsuit for Cox. They say my speeds I pay up to 300mbps but i have never seen it over 250. More like 150. After I dumped there router and bought a cheaper one. Now i see the speeds at 250.
I think cox is getting petty, we need more internet providers in the area. When I say petty this is an example my ATM card expired so my auto pay didnt go through they charged me a return process fee lol. Is that like a returned check? 25 fee to reprocess with the card.
What a joke but only cox is laughing.
Was this a general complaint or a request for help from other users? Lots of people get 300Mbps but there are lots of technical reasons or problems you could be experiencing. I would start with the modem's model number and signal levels from 192.168.100.1.
