Gigablast

Gigablast is still slow. Is this because we have not been upgraded to Fiber Optics.

I was charged $75.00. Why?

The tech walked in the house plugged the new router in and took the old one. No new cords/cables.

Plug in and Play.

I could have done this my self.

    ts a scam. In my experience they roll a truck with a guy that became a cox technician because a mirror will fog if it is placed under his nose.
