Old Account & Bills deleted when moved to a new address

I recently moved my internet service to a new address, it deleted my old account as well as all the bills for the past months. Is there a way I could get and view the past bills as well in my portal.

    Are you using the same user ID on the new account that you were using on the old account? If so, this user ID will only show you the bills for the new account after it has been linked to the new address.
