Zip code 70118 has fiber, way cheaper. Take that customer service rep Tiffany, rudest person ever!
Is it FTTH or FTTN?
Not positive but it's has capabilities of 1GB so I'm assuming FTTH, I'll ask the install guy on Thursday. They'd been laying all kind of wire in my neighborhood for the last few months.
Just watch for the old selling FTTN as FTTH. Even Cox does it with their Gigablast product. Usually if it's fiber, it's a two stage install process. First stage they lay the fiber, and the second stage they install the ONT and any ethernet.
Anyway, none of this has to do with Cox, so I suspect a moderator will lock the thread soon. Good luck.
