For a month or so now I have received many many forum notification emails every day. I did not enable this, it just started on it's own one day. When I try to disable all forum notifications from my Profile Settings page, it does not do anything when I click the Save button. Is this happening to anyone else?
When I remove the check mark from the following option in settings and click the save button it is NOT saving. When I exit the website and return to the settings page, it is checked again. I have no problems with checkboxes/buttons on the many other forums I frequent, only Cox’s.
This is the setting I am trying to disable.
Please escalate on your end as this is very frustrating and causes me to ignore ALL emails from cox.com. Thanks
I'm also getting way too many notifications from Cox Support Forums. I wouldn't mind if I got notified of responses to my original post but I also get notified for every post - even in threads I never read. When I try to disable notifications, "Save" doesn't take and reloading that page shows all notifications are still enabled. I'm just about at the point where I will mark ALL emails from Cox as Spam and have them go directly to my Deleted Items folder, to be permanently deleted when I exit Outlook.
Me too. It is so annoying. I have tried everyithing. V

Give this a try. Open any individual forum, i.e., TV, Internet, Phone, Apps. Near the top of the page, below the different forum headings and above where the threads start, it shows what forum you're currently viewing.
At the extreme left of that there is a circle with what appears to be a drawing of a laptop inside the circle. Click on that.
On the right side of the page that opens there are two boxes. The lower box says "Forum Digest Options". Click on that.
In the pop up that opens there is a drop down menu with the options of "Not Subscribed", "Daily", or "Weekly".
If yours has "Daily" selected then you found out where your unwanted updates are coming from. Choose "Not Subscribed" and that should take care of it.
Jerry, if your idea worked, I was ready to promote you to Senior Vice President of the Forum Visitors Association. But it didn't work. All of my forums already said UNSUBSCRIBED. But your help is appreciated. Someone will find a workaround. Do you have any other secrets for us? It is cool that you found the Digest Options in the first place; how long did it take you to find that?
