I have posted this issue once before and was told thier looks to be a ingress issue. I have new connection from pole to modem no splinters. I looked around my street for open connections and they are all over. At least 12 bate open connection to the elements and possible external signals. My connection suffers after about a week and I reset the modem for another week of fustration
what will it take for a service technician to come out and actually do something. My last one said it wasn’t his job to fix the poles.
Schedule a technician, and if/when they say that tell them to make a maintenance ticket. He/she was being lazy. If they don't, call back and ask for a supervisor. If they keep failing, file a complaint with the FCC. Make sure to SAVE THE TICKET NUMBER!
