Do I just need to change providers to be able to use the email accounts I pay for? Your new format is worthless, unstable, non-functioning 2/3 of the time and the spam filters might as well be non-existent. Once again you tried to fix something that worked as it should. The old format worked so you had to mess with it. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years but you continue to raise the price and reduce the service. Get your *** together SOON or I am out of here!!!!
I feel your pain. I hear at-least the spam problem might be fixed in a month-ish. If you really want your voice to be heard, register on DSLReports and say something formally in a review. You can post in their forums about it too. Or talk to the lots of people in here who don't like the new email either. Welcome to the "club".
My major gripe is that I cannot find a way to open several emails at once and switch between them.
i was informed, when i called to demand some sort of credit one really bad month, that since they "don't charge" for email....it's just an annoyance they provide for free...no credit would be given. yeah, right. the cost of providing email is not factored into the price of internet service. that's their business model.....??

Just curious, but would you pay extra if Cox did charge for email? Or would you be fine if they charged slightly less for internet and didn't offer email? I know what there doing right now is bad, but what is the "right" way?
i would not pay extra for THIS email, but if they picked up a functional product, i wouldn't mind paying a little for it. if they stop offering email, i guess i'll have a non-paying job for the next month setting up something else & getting the word out and changing the email address associated with all my accounts!
