Slow upload

So after having a tech out today looking at why anywhere i test besides your servers the upload is purely not there. He told me that any server I tested to was having issues. Testing to 3 different sites and the bandwidth test to twitch.tv (after seeing a post that you directly offload to) I am still having this upload issue. If the test on here is showing close to or at 30 for the upload then I would like to know why anywhere else i go the upload is 5 or less. To me it makes no sense as to whats causing the issue if the net runs fine i can see all the results no matter where I upload test at a minimum of 26. I would like a solid answer as to what is causing the issue seeing I am directly connected to a modem that you supply. I am not over wifi as the hard line is directly into the computer from the modem without a router.

    The Cox speed test sites are hosted on our own servers within our network. We can't guarantee speeds once traffic leaves our network; however, you should get comparable results from other sites. The next time you experience this can you run a couple of traceroutes and post them.

      So as of tonight i ran a test through the site logged into my account n now its showing 6mb up when any other site shows less then 1mb. ill run some traceroutes when i am home tomorrw.
