This seems to be from a scammer as my storage reads as 64%. Has anyone run into it before? And is this really from a cox account, i.e. jpcorcoran@cox.net? If so I suggest that COX take action to shut this user down.

It sets off every alarm bell of a spam/scam.  It is addressed to "Dear User" ( Cox never does that).  It asks for you to click on a link in the email. (always a terrible idea).  It says "Do not ignore" which is a threat.  To find out who really sent it, open the Header on the email.
