E-mail SMPT problem when using invoicing software

I use an invoicing program called, MyInvoices and Estimates Deluxe.  I'm no longer able to e-mail out invoices from that program.  I have the same port and security settings that is used in the Thunderbird email.  

The ONLY e-mail that will send are the ones WITH a cox.net address.

Any help or suggestions appreciated.

    The error message:   

    The message wasn't able to be sent....... This may be due to an incorrect entry in the Email Preferences dialog or an incorrectly entered email address. 

    All entries are correct that I can tell.  http://tinypic.com/r/6telcl/9
