No web mail- Connecticut

An occasional "This site can't be reached" error I had been encountering has become constant.  The alternative being that I'm stuck at the log in page sits.  It makes no difference whether I try logging into https://webmail.east.cox.net/ or https://webmail.cox.net/.

I tolerate the painfully slow performance when web mail is up as I'm resigned to that being the new normal- infuriating as it sometimes is but this is a horse of a different color.  If the feature is down, kindly inform us.  ... and everyone wants to force me to go paperless.  Horse manure.

    Addendum... no sooner had I posted this then the tab I attempted to log in to email refreshed and logged in.  It took about five minutes.  Something is up with your web mail.

    I have been having similar problems for about a week to get to the west coast email feed.

    Not just in Connecticut - Arizona too, so I'd assume everywhere Cox has service.......This webmail issues has gone on for MONTHS. And you can sometimes go a few days with no issues, but then it is always back to "this site can't be reached" **. I never know if I will be able to get into my mail from one hour to the next. For God sakes Cox, JUST FIX IT already! Now!
