Still experiencing duplicate emails on the webmail on my pc with Windows 10.. None of the solutions provided by COX online tech has resolved issue.

None of a the solutions provided by Cox online tech support have resolved the duplicate email issue.  I am at my wits end.  Has anyone had success of any type of resolution for this ongoing saga, other than to change carriers?   Thanks
