Online not glowing on panoramic modem

I have never had an issue with my modem until last night. I got home from work and had no connection. Did the whole song and dance of resetting unplugging etc and nothing got it to come back on. I called of course no one can come check it out until Sunday morning. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? The networks pop up we just have no online service at all?

  • Hi Nicoleare, are there any splitters on the coax connection to the panoramic modem? If so, disconnect the splitter. Unscrew the coax cable from the back of the modem. Then, connect the coax cable from the outlet directly to the modem. Unplug the power from the modem for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Does the online light go solid, or is it flashing? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
