Cox email as default email program when clicking on Mail To links on websites

When clicking on an Mail To email address on a website, I would like the default email program that opens to be my Cox email.  How do I do that?

I know how to make Gmail the default via the Gmail settings regarding so-called Handlers, but I do not see a comparable setting in the Cox mail settings.
