Very simple question I was looking for a moderator to answer officially. The only answer I am looking for is either a yes, or a no. No copy/paste answers allowed.
Did Cox outsource it's email platform?
Yeaaaa Becky. I almost knew you would be the one to answer. Any chance you can tell us who Cox outsourced with? Also, can you comment why none of Cox customers were warned ahead of time or even after the fact? Isn't it fair to tell users you are sharing private information with a 3rd party? Last, don't you think it's odd that spam has exploded since outsourcing the email? Do you think that is just a coincidence?
PS. Sorry if I am hitting with a lot of hard questions, but all the other Cox employees either don't know, or lie about it.
Thank you Becky. Faith in humanity/Cox restored.
1. Can you find out? Even if you don't tell us, I would be super curious as an employee. Do they have rules in keeping emails private?
2. Not me! I assume employees didn't get the memo either. Woops!
3. 404 Error: Page Not found. Try again?
4. Don't have a TV, but I get your point. What I don't get, is if it's so obvious, why is Cox hiding it? Why not just come out and say "We partnered with so and so for email". All the other ISP are doing it. Why is Cox being sneaky about it? It makes it look a lot more suspicious then it could be in reality.
