Class Action Anyone?

Has anyone thought about a class action lawsuit- since our lives and productivity have been thrown into the wind while they try and figure out a new system? We are all still paying FULL price for half baked service. This is serious folks- I mean what's up? This should NEVER have gone live until it WORKED. I am so sick of trying to go into my email to do work ($ loss of income) and not been able to access my email. I am astounded that this has been going on for over a month now. Any lawyers out there?
