Internet dropping constantly

As the post states my internet has been dropping constantly and consistenly everyday mostly in the afternoons and early evenings. This has been happening probably the entire time I have been a customer which has been since Sept. Technicians have been out numerous times and dont have an answer. The problem has been consistent through 3 different modems and 2 different routers. here is my setup, the frequencies I captured in this photo were from the tail end of an incident.
