WIFI Hotspots issue

I was getting full power wifi at work using Cox Wifi Hotspots - great full wifi.  For some reason the Cox Wifi Hotspot is not even showing as an available wifi to connect to.  Do the hotspots move?  Any reason it is no longer available.

    Hi hfineberg,

    I am sorry to hear that you are having issues connecting to the WiFi Hotspots.  The access points do not move.  Have you tried disabling/enabling the WiFi?  Please share your troubleshooting steps performed thus far.
